Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By accessing bujuan.tech, submitting an inquiry or using services provided by Anhui Bujuan Chuhai Information Technology Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Where a project contract, quotation or written statement of work conflicts with these terms, the project documents signed by both parties take precedence.

2. Services

We provide international websites, Google SEO, Google Ads management, AI-assisted lead research, CRM and related export digitalization services. Scope, deliverables, timelines and metrics are defined in the agreed contract or statement of work. Showcases, demonstrations and case data illustrate capabilities and do not guarantee results.

3. Client authorization and accounts

• Clients must ensure that the accounts, assets, trademarks, product descriptions and business information they provide are accurate, lawful and authorized for use.
• We act only within explicitly authorized Google Ads accounts and the agreed geographic targeting, products and budgets.
• Clients should protect login credentials and promptly revoke access that is no longer needed. We will not ask clients to send passwords or complete payment card details through insecure channels.

4. Service fees and advertising spend

Our service fees are separate from advertising, API and other third-party fees charged directly by Google, Meta or other platforms. Advertising platform charges are paid using the client's designated payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. Budgets, currencies, taxes and payment milestones are specified in the quotation or order.

5. Human approval and advertising performance

We may use internal tools to research keywords, create drafts, pause or manage campaigns. Launches, budget increases, payment setting changes and other significant actions follow the approval process agreed by both parties. Platform reviews, auctions, market demand and competition are outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, clicks, inquiries or sales outcomes.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Clients retain rights to their products, trademarks, customer data and original materials. We retain rights to general methods, templates, internal tools and pre-existing technology unless the project contract states otherwise. Both parties must protect non-public commercial, technical and customer information obtained during the engagement.

7. Suspension, termination and liability

Either party may suspend or terminate services as specified in the contract. If unlawful activity, fraud, platform policy risks or account security risks are identified, we may pause the relevant operations and notify the client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by platform policy changes, third-party service interruptions or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be addressed through amicable negotiation and, if unresolved, handled as specified in the project contract.
