This policy applies to bujuan.tech, operated by Anhui Bujuan Chuhai Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“BuJuan”, “we” or “us”), and our internal Google Ads management tool. Authorized staff use this tool to research keywords, create and manage campaigns, view reports and optimize budgets for explicitly authorized clients, currently including XinHuan Transformer.

2. Data we collect

• The name, telephone number, WeChat ID, email address, company information and requirements you submit.
• Login and account identifiers, authorization status and technical information needed to maintain secure sessions.
• Google Ads account information, campaigns, keywords, budgets, performance reports and settings accessed with client authorization.
• Limited security and diagnostic logs, such as access times, action outcomes and error records.

3. How we use data

• Respond to inquiries, provide quotations and deliver agreed export services.
• Plan keywords, create ads, configure budgets and targeting, report on performance and optimize campaigns for authorized clients.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse and meet audit and legal obligations.
• Improve our website, internal tools and service quality.

Google API data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data is used only to provide advertising management services to the corresponding authorized client. It is not sold or used to build unrelated profiles or run unrelated advertising.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We disclose limited information to contracted infrastructure, hosting, email or Google service providers only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law, to protect legitimate rights or prevent fraud. Each client's business data is kept separate.

5. Retention, revocation and deletion

We retain data only as needed to deliver services, fulfill contracts, maintain security or meet legal obligations. Clients can revoke OAuth authorization in their Google account at any time and contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of their data. After authorization ends, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Security, cookies and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, least-privilege permissions, encrypted transmission and audit logs. The website may use cookies necessary for login, security and basic functionality. Because Google and some infrastructure providers operate globally, data may be processed outside your country or region. We apply safeguards required by applicable law.

Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
