AI Data Center & AI Factory Infrastructure

Define the infrastructure path from grid power to AI racks, then issue a clearer technical RFQ to suitable Chinese suppliers.

Power path

Grid → transformer → UPS → distribution → rack

Heat path

AI rack → CDU → heat rejection → ambient conditions

Workload path

Load brief → compute and memory → network → storage → operating data

Lifecycle path

Brief → site interfaces → RFQ → delivery → commissioning and operations

Write an engineering brief with four clear boundaries.

A useful RFQ makes the hand-offs explicit before comparing equipment or prices.

Electrical metering plane

State whether load is measured at the utility intake, transformer secondary, UPS output or rack inlet. These values answer different questions.

Cooling-loop hand-off

Separate the technical cooling loop from the facility-water and heat-rejection loop. Define fluid, temperatures, pressure loss, quality limits and controls.

IT service load

Define rack count, load per rack, network and storage load, demand profile and expansion phases. Keep IT load and facility input as separate numbers.

Delivery and operating boundary

Name who owns detailed design, local approvals, civil works, controls integration, acceptance tests, spares and warranty response.

Public manufacturer landscape.

Public product scopes from Chinese and international manufacturers, organized by package to build an RFQ longlist and comparison criteria. Brands do not indicate partnership, authorized distribution or a BuJuan project reference; model, local service, compliance and lead time must be confirmed through a written RFQ.

Early-stage AI Factory calculations.

These figures help frame an early brief. They do not replace electrical studies, hydraulic design, local codes, manufacturer ratings or final engineering.

CALC / 01

Estimated facility demand

—Estimate: IT load × target PUE. It does not include utility loss studies, diversity, future capacity or local-code requirements.
CALC / 02

Estimated nominal battery energy

—Estimate: critical load × backup hours. Battery usable capacity, discharge rate, temperature, aging and UPS efficiency need final engineering review.
CALC / 03

Indicative water flow

—Estimate uses water at about 4.186 kJ/kg·°C. Actual flow depends on coolant type, CDU arrangement, pressure drop, redundancy and control design.

What to include in an AI Factory RFQ.

Start with the load, site, target availability and required interfaces. We then organize suitable technical questions and supplier responses.

Grid Connection & Substations

Utility voltage and available capacity
Target IT load and expansion phases

Distribution & Rack Power

Rack count and IT load per rack
Distribution voltage and frequency

UPS, Batteries & Continuity

Critical load, power factor and growth allowance
Required backup time and autonomy assumptions

Questions before requesting an AI Factory quotation.

Can BuJuan supply a complete AI Factory?

BuJuan coordinates project scope, engineering resources and equipment sourcing. The responsible manufacturer, detailed design party, local approvals and final delivery responsibilities are identified in the written quotation and contract.

What information is needed first?

Share the target IT load, growth plan, site country, utility information, cooling concept, rack assumptions, requested standards and the expected delivery boundary.

Can the page confirm a specific model or certification?

No. Public pages describe possible equipment categories and interfaces. Final model, certification, capacity, inspection and warranty terms are confirmed for each quotation.
